Timeframe & Results

Traditionally, it was thought that teams needed time to establish trust, good communication and chemistry. Rowley Associates firmly believes that this is not the case. Teams and leaders can be effective very quickly and businesses no longer have the luxury of time; they must be effective right out of the starting gate.

This is why Leadership Therapy is the new model of leadership training for the modern corporation. It is time-limited, designed for top level executives and teams in extreme organizations that operate under enormous pressure and tight deadlines, who need to work to their full potential as soon as possible. In limiting each engagement with a client to an average of 12-20 sessions, whether on a one-to-one basis or as a team, it provides a very focused, intense and short-term time frame for change.
